Ordering products
An online purchase can only be made if the buyer registers on the foreseen site at www.pecati.com.
When completing the registration form, Buyer is required to provide accurate, valid and complete personal data. The buyer can choose the option to inform the Seller about new products, products on the action, etc. (newsletter).
After the successful registration (all the required data are properly filled in) e-mail will be sent to the buyer for the confirmation of registration and e-mail.
Products that can be purchased are advertised on pecati.com. The products are ordered through the cart and are irrevocable. The Seller undertakes to deliver all the ordered products which, at the time of delivery, are in stock. The Purchase Agreement between Buyer and Seller is concluded upon payment of the product. If the Seller is not able to deliver any of the products ordered, they will contact the Customer via e-mail and / or phone regarding the replacement product or cancellation of the ordered product. All other ordered products will be delivered.
Shipping and delivery of the product
The products that are paid will be delivered to the Buyer within a period of 2 to 10 working days. The deadline begins to run from the moment Seller signs a payment to Seller’s giro account.
In the event that the Purchased Product Seller is not able to deliver within the specified time, he will inform the Buyer about the new delivery date. In this case, the Buyer also has the right to terminate the Contract.
Delivery of ordered items: The seller charges a deposit of 35 kn for the amount of up to 500 kn (payment by ransom), 30 kn for pre-payment, while the delivery for orders over 500 kn is free for the territory of the Republic of Croatia.
If the goods are delivered out of the Republic of Croatia, the Buyer shall bear all the costs of the parcel delivery.
The price of the item and the delivery does not include any customs charges or any special benefits of the State of destination. The Buyer is responsible for all the above mentioned costs and must be informed before the order at the customs office of the State in which the package is sent under the terms and conditions and the possible additional costs as the refund of funds caused by changes to the customs administration of the country to which the consignment will be sent will not be possible.
All other unforeseen costs are not borne by GIT d.o.o.
Delivery is done by the Seller (through its employees) or by engaging a reputable courier service. GIT d.o.o. reserves the right to modify the offered products for delivery by mail at any time.
The products will be packed and packaged in a way that they can not be damaged by common manipulation in transportation.When purchasing shipped products, the Buyer is obliged to check the shipment as follows: Check for any visible damage to the shipment and/or on the products inside the shipment and immediately advertise to the shipper, and refuse to take delivery of the shipped products visible damage.

By signing a receipt on the receipt of the consignment, it is considered that the Buyer, by examining the consignment, has observed that the products have been taken without damages, that they quantitatively and qualitatively correspond to the products of the account and that all the documents have been delivered with the products in accordance with the legal regulations.

Notwithstanding the foregoing point of these Terms of Purchase, all goods ordered will be delivered at the prices agreed upon if the GIT has goods in the warehouse.
The price of the goods is determined for each product individually.
Complaints
If you are dissatisfied with the product for any reason, you may replace or return it in exchange for money within 14 days of receipt. To enforce this right, you must send the undamaged product in its original package with all the equipment and documentation that the product originally shipped.
If you find out that the device that was defective during the first use, please contact us within 14 days to make the replacement for the correct device as soon as possible.
In case of return of goods, the Buyer is obliged to send a reasoned complaint to the Seller in writing to the address of the head office and / or to the e-mail address indicated under these conditions.
In the event of the inability to deliver another merchandise, the Seller shall reimburse the Buyer for his postal costs for the return of the goods and any value of the goods which he or she is no longer able to deliver.

Single-sided termination of contract
The provisions of Article 72 of the Consumer Protection Act (NN 41/14) stipulate that the Consumer shall have the right, without giving reasons for this, unilaterally terminate a contract concluded outside the business premises or concluded within a period of 14 days, and Article 72, paragraph 2. stipulates that the period begins to run from the date on which the Consumer (the Buyer) or a third party designated by the Consignee has been disposed of the goods constituting the subject of the contract.
Article 77 (1) of the Consumer Protection Act stipulates that in the event of a unilateral termination of the contract, the consumer (Buyer) must make a refund of the goods without delay, and no later than 14 days from the date of notifying the trader of his decision to terminate the contract.

In all cases when the Product is returned to the Seller on any basis, the Returning Product must be returned to the Seller in the original packaging, complete with all the relevant parts and documentation, and any marking intended to indicate that the product is not used or damaged may not be removed or damaged (except in cases where the right of the guarantee sheet is realized in relation to the marks indicating that the product was not used).
